At Barbell Coalition, we specialize in training for middle school & high school athletes. This isn't bodybuilding or generic fitness training.
Athletes receive a training program that is tailored to their skill level, sport, age, and more so each athlete gets the most out of training.
Every athlete is supervised, coached, held accountable, and gets the attention they deserve.
Closely supervised and monitored by expert coaches to ensure exercise safety & proper technique.
We carefully craft our training programs to ensure that athletes are getting the most out of their time in the gym. Our programs are scaleable for all skill levels.
Nutrition and training go hand-in-hand. That's why we give all of our athletes a custom meal plan to make sure they're eating a diet that'll fuel their performance.
To make sure that athletes are staying flexible and mobile for their sport, we will provide a mobility & recovery plan that's specific to their sport.
When an athlete joins our program, we will test multiple athletic qualities like their vertical jump, broad jump, strength maxes, endurance, and more. We will then lay out a program to improve those qualities.
We keep a constant line of communication with the parents of our athletes. This way, you'll always know how your athlete is improving in the gym!

The program will run from June 1st to August 7th.
Yes, we are only looking to bring on 15 athletes this summer. Once that number is hit, enrollment will be closed.

All athletes entering our program must be at least 12 years of age.
Despite the old rhetoric of lifting weights stunting growth, this has never actually been proven. In fact, lifting weights HAS been proven to improve the growth of adolescents by improving bone density and contribute to healthy physical development.
No! The large majority of new athletes we receive haven't participated in a structured strength program. We coach athletes at all experience levels.
